Dr. Kelley attended medical school at the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ, followed by psychiatry residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC.

Throughout her career, she has served in senior and national medical director roles for large healthcare organizations, helping them build clinical quality programs that focus on patient results and safety.
She is skilled at delivering empathic telehealth services and has served as a Medical Director for Telemedicine, training other clinicians on the delivery of telehealth services.
Based on years of delivering patient care and researching evidence-based techniques, she developed the Kelley Method: 10 Essentials for Vibrant Mental Health and will teach you the method in your work together.
In her spare time, Dr. Kelly enjoys cooking, hiking in the mountains, playing piano, and traveling.
