Dr. Kelley is a board-certified psychiatrist who has been providing exceptional, attentive, integrative psychiatric care since 2009. Integrative psychiatry is a holistic approach that combines traditional psychiatric treatments (like psychopharmacology and psychotherapy) with complementary therapies (like mind-body techniques) and personalized lifestyle modifications. She prioritizes your comfort, listening to your full, authentic story, and collaborating with you on your needs and treatment. She has deep experience in women's mental health and serves on the International Society of Reproductive Psychiatry (ISRP) board of directors. She skillfully understands executives' needs and helps people achieve optimal health and work-life balance while they navigate complex careers and relationships. During her psychiatry residency program at the Medical University of South Carolina, she received extensive training in psychotherapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, Jungian, and psychodynamic modalities, alongside comprehensive education in psychopharmacology. She has consistently practiced and honed her skills in both psychotherapy and psychopharmacology since completing training.
